All physicals dated as of 4/1/26 are good for the entire 2026-27 school year.  Any student interested in trying out for a sport must have a physical completed and submitted to Nurse King before tryouts.  All information must be submitted only on a DIAA physical form.  See the "Sports Physical" tab on the left side of this page.  You only need ONE physical per academic school year!

If your child received a physical this past school year (2025-2026), please check with their provider about completing the 2026-2027 DIAA physical now.  On page 4, the provider will enter the actual exam date, followed by the clearance date.  As long as the physical is within 1 year of the clearance date, it will be valid for the 26-27 school year.
